Environmental monitoring

Description

After an ecologic evaluation of the area of interest, the CIBRC can follow the development of the populations of those taxa of interest over time.

A Basic Monitoring Project, in our view, has to include: a detailed map of the area of study, an ecological characterization of the area, a profile of the forest, and the determination of risk zones. Also, the study should include the development of permanent stations for the monitoring of the area. All projects submit a periodic report of what have been done as well as a final report that will include future recommendations

The CIBRC also offers the possibility of giving duplicates of the samples obtain during the ecological evaluation, if requested.
