The CIBRC have an array of specialists in several biological fields (i.e. Botany and Mammalogy) to develop and accomplish their biological inventories and development plans.

Plans for the Managemnet of Prived or Cummunal Natural Reserves The CIBRC takes in account during the formulation of the management plans for a specific natural area the socio-cultural aspects of the communities around it, the specific local dynamics in terms of land use as well as the specific conditions of the resources to protect or manage.
