La revista Métodos en Ecología y Sistemática (MES) para uso personal o institucional son concedidos por el Concejo de Editores Fundadores de la revista. Para todo usuario que esté registrado en el Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) o cualquier otra organización de la misma índole puede obtener la autorización por el pago de una cuota mínima de US$ 100,00 la cual puede variar según la naturaleza de la organización que hace la solicitud, con lo cual adquiere el derecho de obtener todas las copias que requiera del material. La suma así definida será pagada directamente al editor en jefe de la revista. Este permiso de copia no autoriza la distribución general del material publicado, ni puede ser utilizado en anuncios publicitarios o con fines promociónales o para la reventa. Toda solicitud de este derecho debe venir acompañada de una carta de no más de 250 palabras que explique las necesidades de copia de este material como una clara identificación de la organización o persona que solicita este permiso.

Copyright and photocopying policies
The magazine Methods in Ecology and Systematics (MES) for personal or institutional use are granted by the Founders Council of Publisher of the magazines. For all users who are registered in the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) or any other organization of the same nature can obtain the authorization by the payment of a minimum quota of US$ 100.00 which can be different according to the nature of the organization that makes the request, with which acquires the right to obtain all the copies that it requires of the material. The defined payment thus will be paid to the publisher in head of the magazine directly. This copy permission does not authorize the general distribution of the published material, nor can be used in advertising announcements or with promotional aims or for resale. All request of this right must come accompanied from a letter of not less than 250 words than it explains the copy necessities of this material as a clear identification of the organization or person who asks for this permission.

Toda información que sea sometida a esta revista es arbitrada, al ser esta aceptada para publicación de inmediato el autor renuncia en forma automática sus derechos sobre la misma, tanto la información escrita como la graficada, dibujada, fotografiada o de cualquier otro tipo que aparezca en la publicación, cediendo los derechos sobre esta información a la revista MES.

All information that is submitted to this magazine is arbitrated, after been accepted for publication the author immediately resigns automatically to his/her rights on the submitted material, as much as the written information as well as graphics, drawing, photographs or any other type that will appears in the publication, giving the rights of this information to the magazine MES.
